1️⃣ Define Products to Include
You have two options for selecting products:
🔹 Option A: Manually Select Products
Choose specific products directly from your Product List.
Best for curated collections, featured campaigns, or handpicked promotions.
Only the selected products move to the next step.
🔹 Option B: Use Smart Selection Rules
Filter products based on attributes such as category, price, or tags.
Products meeting the criteria are automatically included.
Ideal for large collections or dynamic campaigns.
2️⃣ Configure Visibility Settings
Decide which products should be visible or hidden based on stock, status, or customer segments.
Out-of-stock products can be displayed or hidden depending on your collection strategy.
⚠️ Tip: Always double-check stock levels to prevent hidden products from affecting the collection.
3️⃣ Apply Sorting Rules
Choose a sorting method to determine the order of products in your collection:
Template – Pre-set sorting templates for quick organization.
Drag & Drop – Manually rearrange products in your preferred order.
Custom Without Segments – Filter products and apply multiple sorting rules without using segments.
Custom With Segments – Advanced filtering and sorting that considers customer segments.
4️⃣ Publish and Verify
To publish your collection, you have two options:
Option 1: After saving the collection, click the Publish Collection button on the “Congratulations! Your collection has been successfully created.” page.
Option 2: From the Dashboard, locate the collection you want to publish and click the Publish button in its row.
Confirm that product images, titles, prices, and sorting are correct.
5️⃣ Monitor and Adjust
After publishing, monitor the live collection for any missing products or misordering.
Make adjustments to filters, sorting, or visibility settings as needed.
Repeat the testing workflow whenever you update products or collections.
✅ Best Practices
Maintain consistency in product visibility across all collections.
Use segment-based rules to target specific customer groups effectively.
Keep a checklist for testing and verification before publishing.
